NetAudioAds, GetAudioAds, InternetAudioAds, Voice2Pics, Voice2Page and V2P Communications, Inc. Trademark and Logo Usage Requirements;

The NetAudioAds, GetAudioAds, InternetAudioAds, Voice2Pics, Voice2Page and V2P Communications, Inc. (further referred to as "Voice2Page") trademark and logo usage requirements detail the authorized usage policies for using the Voice2Page trademarks, product and service names, and logos.

The Voice2Page trademark is protected under international trademark law, and appropriate action will be taken wherever any misuse is detected.

Guidelines for Allowed Trademark Use

Use of the Voice2Page trademarks is allowed only with adherence to the following guidelines for rules of proper trademark use.

• Voice2Page trademarks are valuable corporate assets of V2P Communications, Inc. The use of Voice2Page trademarks must not tarnish the value of these trademarks or to V2P Communications, Inc., its reputation and/or goodwill.
• Voice2Page trademarks must not be shortened, altered or abbreviated.
• Voice2Page trademarks must always be used in the ways they were intended for use. They must not be used for other products and/or services.
• The Voice2Page name serves both as our company name as well as a trademark to identify our products, technologies and services. You may not alter the Voice2Page logo in any way, including size, proportions, colors, elements, type or in any other respect, including any graphical elements contained in the mark.
• A footnote or disclaimer must be made to acknowledge that the mark is owned by V2P Communications, Inc. This should be placed at the bottom of the webpage, publication or marketing material in which the mark appears. An acceptable example of this footnote is: "NetAudioAds and the NetAudioAds logo are registered trademarks of V2P Communications, Inc."
• Your name, logo, and/or trademark should appear more prominently than a Voice2Page trademark when both are displayed on the same web page or other material. A Voice2Page trademark should not be displayed in close proximity to marks not owned by Voice2Page in a manner that might imply that the two marks are a single mark or somehow related, or that your company owns the Voice2Page mark. For example, your company's trademark should not immediately precede the Voice2Page mark, or vice versa. The Voice2Page logo or other mark should not be displayed as the primary or most prominent logo or identifier of your webpage or marketing or sales documentation.
• You may not register any domain names containing a Voice2Page trademark or name.
• The design elements, colors and navigation of the Voice2Page web pages are a trademark of Voice2Page. You may not copy or emulate the look and feel of the Voice2Page web pages.
• You acknowledge Voice2Page’ sole and exclusive ownership of the Voice2Page logo, and you shall not take any action inconsistent with such ownership, such as adopting, using, registering, or attempting to register any logo or trademark confusingly similar to the Voice2Page logo.
